If no business relationship is formed, your contact data will be securely deleted after a period of time.

Who the information may be shared with and why

Project Professionals & Consultants: To progress your planning enquiries and projects, we may share relevant data (such as project briefs, site layouts, or contact names) with external specialists including independent architects, land surveyors, structural engineers, and other independent professionals.

Local Authorities: We may submit necessary project data, site information, and contact details directly to local authority planning departments and council bodies as part of formal planning applications or enquiries.

Family members, associates and authorised representatives of the individual concerned: Where required to provide our services and fulfil our agreement with you, we may communicate with family members, associates or representatives whom you have authorised or who are otherwise appropriately involved.

Professional Advisers and Tax Authorities (HMRC): Financial records, invoice details, and relevant client transaction information are shared with our accountant for financial reporting, and with His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) to fulfil our statutory UK tax obligations. Other financial organisations which may be necessary in order to administer payments, fees and charges, and to pursue or recover sums due to us.

Suppliers and service providers: We engage suppliers and service providers to support our business operations and to operate, maintain and secure our systems. We may also disclose your information to a third party where the law requires us to do so.

Squarespace, Inc.: Hosts our website. Data submitted through our online contact form is securely managed on their infrastructure.

Google LLC (Google Workspace & Google Maps): We use Google Workspace to host our email infrastructure. Your contact form messages pass through and are stored on Google's email servers. Google also receives basic browser data and IP addresses when you view our embedded contact map.

Microsoft Corporation (Outlook): We connect our mailbox to Microsoft Outlook to read and reply to your inquiries. Your correspondence may be processed on Microsoft's cloud systems. Because these software providers operate global infrastructures, some digital data may be transferred outside the UK (including to the United States). These companies maintain strict data protection standards and utilize approved legal safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), to keep your data secure.

Consulting and advisory services: We may share your details with appropriate parties where this is necessary to deliver, support or improve the consultancy and advisory services provided to you.

Before engaging a third party, we assess whether it can offer appropriate assurances that your personal information will remain confidential and secure. Where appropriate, we enter into written agreements requiring third parties to protect your information, meet our data security requirements and comply with restrictions governing international transfers. Some third parties may access information outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In those circumstances, we require them to apply standards of care, confidentiality and security equivalent to those expected within the EEA.
